1. Folk Song for Two (Antonio Forcione)
A tune inspired by the work of Egberto Gismonti, a celebration of simplicity and beauty.
2. Da Capo (Cenk Erdoğan)
The Capo means “start from the beginning”! In the history of guitar, Flamenco music is a leading point. With this composition I’m paying respect to all flamenco players and tradition. This is my way of embracing flamenco deep within.
3. Children of the World (Antonio Forcione)
This piece carries the voices of children, their joy, their sorrow, and the fragile seeds of a gentler tomorrow and perhaps we can begin to unlearn what dehumanizes and remember what connects us.
4. 4 Hands on the table (Cenk Erdoğan)
When two chefs are cooking at the same time we call it “four hands on the table”. This is what Antonio and I do together. We listen to each other and let our guitars cook.
5. Petals in the Ashes (Antonio Forcione)
A delicate hymn for resilience in the face of suffering.
6. Dilemma (Cenk Erdoğan)
This is a song of dilemma! A choice is set out in front of you – you have to do something that’s not acceptable by traditional rules. Your heart says “Yes, do it!” But your mind is telling “No!”. Staying in the middle is always very hard but choosing is harder. Decisions are the milestones of our lives.
7. Nena (Antonio Forcione)
Nena was her nickname. It is dedicated to what was, to what couldn’t be, and to everything I learned in the spaces between closeness and conflict.
8. Leaving Home (Cenk Erdoğan)
As a touring musician being on the road is always a challenge. On one hand it makes you feel fresh, seeing new places, exploring new tastes. But this composition is for the people who are waiting for you at home. Waiting is harder than being on the road. Sleeping with curiosity, waking up with a butterflies in your stomach. And finally getting together and resuming life which seems to have stopped. A new page is turned
9. Turning Pages (Antonio Forcione)
This piece takes me back to childhood in Southern Italy, living with my grandparents while my parents were living and working abroad far away from home. I remember turning the pages of their photo albums, searching each smile and moment as if to know them more deeply.
10. Luna (Cenk Erdoğan)
Luna which means “Moon” is an important figure in our lives. It’s the ball of light in the night sky that makes us emotional and vibrant. When it’s full we are hypnotized by it. When it’s red I get ignited by the feeling of love. This song whispers the different shapes of the Moon.
